... or indeed where to stop. We believe in monitoring, it is vital to understand what is going on, what is out there, what has changed and what hasn’t, and what people feel about it. Without that knowledge how can you know if you are doing a good job, or persuade others that you are so they allocate resources to you.

We know it is easy to get carried away and measure too much. Leaving you with unmanageable amounts of data and a deep hatred of surveying! We’re experts in planning surveys so that they collect exactly the right amount of information, saving you time and money. We’ll help you measure pretty well anything, but our key areas are:

User surveys
We will design and run a survey to help you find out who is using your site or route, and who isn’t, and what they think about what you’re doing, and what you could do to make things better for them.

Measuring delivery
Do you need to know how well you are doing, or how well others are doing? We’ve run national surveys to measure progress towards targets, and identify potential areas of concern, or celebration!

Measuring walking
We won’t necessarily help you measure how far you walk (although we can do that!) but we can help you measure how many people are walking on your routes, and how much work is needed to keep them in good condition.

Accessibility audits
Do you know how well you comply with the requirements of the DDA? If not we can help. We’ve devised and carried out access audits across the UK to meet the needs of a wide range of organisations.
